About the role
Our learners meet each other in cohorts, but their connections should last beyond them. You'll grow our alumni community, host live events, and make every new member feel welcome.
What you'll do
- Moderate and grow our learner and alumni community spaces
- Plan and host monthly online events and AMAs
- Spotlight learner stories across our channels
- Share community insights with product and course teams
What we're looking for
- 2+ years managing online communities
- Warm, clear writing and a knack for bringing people together
- Availability for some evening events in European time
- Experience in education is a plus
