About the role
You'll join the five-person Web Experience team that owns the Driftwood dashboard. We care about fast interfaces, accessible components, and shipping in small, reviewable steps. Most of our work starts as a one-page brief and ships behind a flag within a couple of weeks.
What you'll do
- Build and maintain core dashboard surfaces in React and TypeScript
- Evolve our component library and design tokens with the design team
- Improve performance budgets and Core Web Vitals across the app
- Review code and mentor engineers through pairing and design docs
- Partner with product on scoping, rollout plans, and success metrics
What we're looking for
- 5+ years building production web applications
- Deep experience with React, TypeScript, and modern CSS
- A track record of shipping accessible, well-tested UI
- Comfort working asynchronously across time zones
- Bonus: experience with Next.js or developer-facing products
