About the role
Fieldstone's forecasts power daily replenishment decisions for more than 300 retailers. You'll improve model accuracy, own training and serving pipelines, and help us bring new modelling approaches from research to production.
What you'll do
- Design, train, and evaluate time-series forecasting models
- Own ML pipelines from feature engineering to monitoring
- Partner with data engineering on scalable infrastructure
- Translate customer problems into measurable model improvements
What we're looking for
- 5+ years building production ML systems
- Strong Python and experience with PyTorch or similar frameworks
- Experience with forecasting or large-scale tabular data
- Familiarity with MLOps tooling and cloud platforms
