About the role
You'll run our planning cycles, launch process, and product reporting — working with product leadership to remove friction so squads can focus on customers.
What you'll do
- Run quarterly planning and roadmap communication
- Own the launch process from beta to general availability
- Build product health reporting with analytics
- Continuously improve tools and team rituals
What we're looking for
- 4+ years in product operations, programme management, or similar
- Experience in a scaling product organisation
- Strong facilitation and stakeholder management
- Fintech experience is a plus
