About the role
You'll run day-to-day operations at our Etobicoke fulfillment centre, leading three shift supervisors and partnering with engineering on the tools our teams use on the floor.
What you'll do
- Own safety, productivity, and accuracy targets for the site
- Lead, coach, and schedule shift supervisors and associates
- Run continuous-improvement projects using lean methods
- Partner with customer success on peak-season planning
What we're looking for
- 5+ years in warehouse or fulfillment operations
- 2+ years leading supervisors or large frontline teams
- Experience with warehouse management systems
- Comfortable with data and operational reporting
