About the role
At Kitebox you'll work on two or three client projects at a time alongside a researcher, a developer, and a project lead. Our clients are early-stage teams in climate, health, and education who need a partner who can move fast without cutting corners.
What you'll do
- Lead product design for client projects from discovery to launch
- Run workshops and turn ambiguous briefs into clear flows
- Create high-fidelity prototypes and scalable component libraries
- Present work to founders and incorporate feedback confidently
- Contribute to Kitebox's internal design standards
What we're looking for
- 3+ years of product design experience with a strong portfolio
- Excellent Figma and prototyping skills
- Comfort presenting and defending design decisions
- Fluent English; Portuguese is a plus
