About the role
This paid, six-month internship starts in January. You'll shadow and then lead parts of research projects — interviews, usability tests, and synthesis — with mentoring from our Head of Research.
What you'll do
- Help plan and run interviews and usability tests
- Synthesise findings into clear insights and recommendations
- Maintain research repositories and participant panels
- Present learnings to project teams and clients
What we're looking for
- Studying or recently graduated in HCI, psychology, design, or similar
- Genuine curiosity about people and how they work
- Clear writing and note-taking skills
- Available full-time for six months from January
