About the role
You'll be the lead designer for the Patient Experience group, covering onboarding, care plans, and messaging with clinicians. You'll work closely with a researcher, a product manager, and our clinical team to design for people managing diabetes, hypertension, and more.
What you'll do
- Own end-to-end design for patient-facing mobile and web experiences
- Plan and run usability studies with patients and clinicians
- Champion accessibility and plain-language content
- Collaborate with engineering to ship and measure improvements
What we're looking for
- 6+ years of product design experience, including consumer mobile apps
- Portfolio showing thoughtful, research-led work
- Experience designing for accessibility (WCAG 2.2)
- Healthcare or other regulated industry experience is a plus
